MODERATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL PLANT MANAGERS MEETING

Last week, I worked as the main facilitator of the International Plant Managers Meeting of a big German automotive supplier. This entailed both the concept work for the event beforehand and, of course, the moderation of the three days. Using a variety of methods, the 20 plant managers from all over the world and the 20 top representatives of various central functions worked jointly for three days in different workshop settings on the most important topics for the future of the production world. The client and the participants benefited from numerous new impulse to take back with them to their challenging workplaces. The diligent and detailed preparation during the last months was definitely worth it for everyone who had joined!
