REACHING A MILESTONE IN A CHANGE PROCESS AFTER INTENSIVE CROSS-FUNCTIONAL WORK

During the last couple of weeks, I worked intensively with a group of managers on a new organizational target set-up for the interfaces that are in close contact with the customer. With my help as a moderator, the cross-functional project group compared and discussed different perspectives, pre-conditions and effects of the different potential solutions. In the end, the result was a well-rounded management proposal, which was supported by all members of the project group and could be presented in time to top management.
