WORKING WITH THE NEW LEADER AND HIS TEAM ON THEIR START TOGETHER

Last week, I successfully completed a Transition Coaching with a leader, who had taken on his new role as a department manager on Feb 1st. Together we worked on an effective start with his 30 new associates. For the client, it was very important to reflect his new role and its requirements, to avoid typical mistakes from the very beginning, to structure his first 100 days and to build a solid relationship with the new department and his new manager. Over the course of the past three and a half months, we worked in a 1-on-1 setting on these topics. In parallel, we held a transition workshop, in which the new leader and his associates could build a foundation of trust and already discuss fundamental questions for the future of the department.
